What to expect when you take Laminine
Laminine is very well tolerated and is a safe supplement, however, you should NOT take it if you have a severe allergy to Egg or Egg products as it derived from Eggs.
Normally when people start to take Laminine they start to sleep better and have a better overall sense of well being, with increased energy and clarity. For some people, this happens immediately, within a day or so, for others, it may take a week or two appear.
There is a small minority of people that can take up to 3 months to a notice significant difference in their health. This is why the LifePharm, the manufactures of Laminine, recommend that you continue taking Laminine for 3 months if you are not experiencing the full benefit. Our experience of using Laminine in the Clinic backs up this view.
In our experience most people feel better either quickly or over time, some people can, however, experience a temporary healing crisis as the body starts to repair damaged areas during or at the start of this process. This may start within a few days of starting Laminine or may occur a week or so after starting to take it. This healing process may also be more noticeable if they are NOT drinking enough water. Our understanding is that as the Stem Cells start to repair the body there is a ‘replacing’ of unhealthy cells with new healthy ones, and this can cause some discomfort. This can be most pronounced in areas of bone. If this happens just stop the Laminine for up to a week.
There can also be some retracing of an old illness that was not properly dealt with at the time. If this happens again just stop the Laminine for up to a week or until things settle down.
It is really important that you drink a lot of water to help the body with the cleansing process when you take Laminine.
This will help blood circulation and will help flush out toxins. This is important for your health regardless of what program you are on. If you are not used to or have health problems that have inhibited you drinking a lot of water, please begin sipping water during the day and gradually increase the amount you can have.
NOTE tea, coffee and fizzy drinks are not the same as water.
Some suggest the amount of water is to intake is 8-10 glasses per day, however, this is only a start for some and should be adjusted for your weight and health at the beginning of the program. If you are outside on a regular basis a higher intake of water is required.
Occasionally people report having stronger dreams when they start taking Laminine. This is probably due to the deeper and more restorative sleep that Laminine gives you. Normally this settles down as you become less tired.
There have also been some occasional reports from our users of Laminine that they have had the odd ‘bad dream’. This often happens when people have been in a prolonged period of stress, and seems to be related to the release or the healing of trauma. Again if this happens and it bothers you reduce down or stop the Laminine for a little while. People always feel better and calmer after they have had this sort of release.
However, we recognize this can be at times difficult and if required we recommend talking to a professional to help you assimilate or process what has come up for you. This may not be necessary but do consider that option.
